Kingman Training $25,000 Sweepstakes

This promotion and entrants are limited to persons living within the United States. Employees of Kingman Group and their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited. All federal, provincial, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

How to Enter

You may enter the “Kingman Training $25,000 Sweepstakes” in the following manner:

(1) Purchase a Kingman Training .43 Cal. paintball marker from March 1 thru November 30, 2011 and submit your product warranty form online. Select “Yes” to enter the KT Sweepstakes when completing the online warranty form.

(2) Purchase a Kingman Training .43 Cal. paintball marker from March 1 thru November 30, 2011 and send us your product warranty form by mail. To be eligible the entrant must write in pen or marker on the warranty registration card the words, “Enter Sweepstakes”.

(3) Download the entry form available below under the “No Purchase Necessary” section. Complete the entry form and mail it to Kingman at:

Prize

One (1) cash prize in the amount of $25,000 will be awarded from Kingman Group to one (1) selected Sweepstakes entrant.

Selection of Winner

One (1) winner will be selected by drawing on December 16, 2011. Winner will be determined by random drawing from all eligible entries received, to be held after the end of the Sweepstakes period on December 16, 2011 by a Kingman Group representative. All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by e-mail or telephone within 15 days of the drawing. Winner will have 10 days from notification to accept the prize. Kingman Group is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner.

Winner agrees to the use of his/her name, for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account.

General Terms and Conditions

By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Kingman Group, which shall be final. All entries must be received at the Kingman Group corporate offices located at 14010 Live Oak Ave. Baldwin Park, CA 91706 by 12pm on November 30, 2011. Kingman Group shall not be liable for: (i) telephone, postal, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (ii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Kingman Group that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (iv) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; (v) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes.

By participating in the “Kingman Training $25,000 Sweepstakes”, each participant agrees to release and hold the Kingman Group employees, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. The “Sweepstakes” can end at any time at the discretion of Kingman Group.

Download the “No Purchase Necessary” entry form. For eligibility in the Kingman Training $25,000 Sweepstakes you must print the entry form and complete all fields.
